We were looking for a location that offers a master planned, manned and gated secured entrance, with amenities such as a marina, parks, lots of beach front, sandy beaches, rental program and concierge services. The Villas at Cocoplum are perfect…we have been looking at other locations in Central America and the Caribbean and have found similar offerings for two and three times the price…Cocoplum is a steal! These are condos with ocean views and are beach front homes surrounded by the nicest ocean front lots and master planned community. We bought there for $315,000 and the same offering in the Grand Cayman would likely be $1 million!
